The BCB “Better Customer Bureau”
Along with the BBB, I think it would be fun to have the BCB, “Better Customer Bureau”. A review of customers. Once upon a time the customer was always right but now days, it’s mostly untrue. People will always learn to work a system to their advantage. What they fail to recognize is that they are only hurting their own local economy.
There could be an app for a business to look up a customer prior to selling to them.

This customer bought a BBQ from my store, used it and tried to return it a week later. He did a chargeback and told Yelp what a horrible business I was because I wouldn’t take back his used BBQ. Johnny B is a bad customer. – BBQ Heaven

This lady was so happy! She sat with me for 2 hours picking out prom dresses and bought the perfect dress. She knew she could not return it. Two weeks later she called me saying that the dress had ripped and was poorly made. Clearly she wore the dress and got a little too crazy in it during prom. She went on social media telling people I sold her a torn dress and that I refused to replace it. She lied to the bank also costing me money. Beware of this customer. – Proms-R-Us
Customers might act a bit better if they knew their behavior governed whether or not they were able to buy that new BBQ or not. Ahhhh, we can only dream…
